From its conception to its recent inception at the start of 2013, The Way To Be Mentoring Group, LLC, continues to grow its vision of helping all youth to become their best selves.  The goal is that through curriculum based mentoring in a structured setting, youth will unveil who they are today and allow supportive adult mentors, to help them follow their passions and become who they want to ultimately be.  It is our intention that with the proper guidance and support, we will be able to coach youth into healthy habits that perpetuate an inward desire to become self-sufficient, respectful, motivated and well-rounded young adults; that society embraces and  visualize as our future leaders.

The Way To Be Mentoring group offers all youth but more specifically under -resourced youth, college and career guidance, character education, life management skills and leadership development skills.  We believe that timing is everything and while learning begins in womb, middle school-aged youth are  a very impressionable age group.   Therefore our mentoring programs are tailored to begin as young as Sixth-Grade age groups.  Our mentoring team dives right into  motivating, empowering and encouraging youth to be  beat their odds and strive to be productive citizens instead of the stereotypical "product of their environment".    The most notable feature "about us" is that Our methods and approach to helping each youth is Humanistic and our Passion is True.
